The outcome is that you find your desired property within seconds giving you more time to concentrate on business and other important tasks. You can also advertise your own properties on Daily-Property and expect to be contacted by seriously interested clients. Our online services are available 24/7 with information concerning real estate buying, selling and renting.

Real Estate Agents, Resellers, Buyers, Tenants and Landlords can make use of Daily-Property. A registration for Daily-Property membership is necessary in order to advertise properties and use our services.

You can search for properties by taking the following Steps:

1. Select the country
2. Type your username and password.
3. Select property criteria (whether for sale or rent).
4. Select city
5. Select location.
6. Select property type/s.
7. Click on the search button.

We have designed an advanced structure of database for Daily-Property. Our system is updated 24/7. Over 1200 properties are added daily by our expert team. 90% of the real estate advertisement is made available online by our team members. Members of Daily-Property also list their own properties and maintain the data. You can also add/edit/update and delete your property data once you become member.

You can register online by clicking on the "Sign up Now" button. On the next page, you can select the membership package, then fill out the registration form and enter your credit card information for payment. After having successfully completed the registration you can then login to the Daily-Property page and make use of our services.

You can add your properties by logging in and going to "Add Property" (located on the top right) and by entering the property details and clicking on the "OK" button. You have the freedom to add as many properties as you wish (premium properties are limited to the amount purchased). You can also send us a list of properties by e-mail or fax; our staff will add your properties to the web page within 24 hours for your convenience.

The last time you used the account you did not successfully log out of the site or you might have closed the Internet Explorer. According to U-Tsell website security terms, you need to log out of the Daily-Property site after using it, if you fail to do so you will not have access to the site for at least 20 minutes.

You can always retrieve your password by clicking on "Forgot Password" (located at the bottom of login area) and send us your e-mail address, your username and password will be sent to you automatically.

By signing the Daily-Property agreement, you are accepting the Daily-Property Terms and Conditions of using our services. You can review the entire document by going to the bottom of the Daily-Property site and by clicking on "Terms and Conditions".

All of your viewed properties are saved under "My Account". You can see your viewed properties by logging-in, going to "My Account" (top right) and clicking on "Viewed Properties".

Premium ads are like the regular ads with the additional feature of showing your listed properties and contact details to all users/visitors (members and non-members) of our site.

You can list your premium ads by logging-in, clicking on "Add Property" and selecting "Premium Listing" (you can post premium listings only if you have purchased a premium listing package),simply fill up the property details and click on "Ok".
